I recognise that the exercise classes provided by 24 Fit Derby in venues and online may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, cardiovascular conditioning and interval training, muscle strength and endurance training, and other various fitness activities. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which will prevent or limit my participation in the exercise classes, including epilepsy for classes that use flashing disco lights. If in doubt I understand that I should seek medical advice/approval before commencing classes with 24 Fit Derby. If I wish to continue without such advice I do so entirely at my own risk. If at any time I have questions, feel unsafe or unwell I will immediately inform the trainer and discontinue further participation in the class. Whilst I understand that every precaution will be taken while under instruction, I accept full responsibility for my actions and consider myself fit enough to take part in exercise. I understand that trainers at 24 Fit Derby cannot be held responsible for any injuries or ill health of any kind arising from participation within classes and that my participation involves a risk of injury. I also agree that 24 Fit Derby may use any images taken in classes for advertising purposes.
