A Great Concept for a Dance Workout!
So whoever came up with the Clubbercise concept? Three friends, Claire, Laura and Sarah, wanted to get fit, couldn’t stand the gym but loved to dance. They craved a workout based around the kind of tunes that would keep them glued to the dance floor on a night out, so they decided to combine just that with a healthy workout. The disco lights and darkened room were an obvious addition to create the club vibe and people loved it as they felt less self-conscious and could really let go. Glow sticks were added as a bit of fun initially but proved so popular that they are now incorporated into every routine and they give you a really great arm workout.
