Murray Park is a large comprehensive school with a number of facilities. 24 Fit Derby have chosen the Activity Deck and Cedar Park Hall to be most suitable for their classes. There are paths from the main car park to the entrances shown on the map below.
The Activity Deck is a large room with low ceilings and away from any houses. Perfect for a Clubbercise party as it generates an amazing atmosphere! It’s on the first floor so the workout starts early with a few extra steps! Toilets are also on the first floor.
The Cedar Park Hall is a modern dance studio with a sprung wooden floor. It’s lovely and cosy and perfect for dance fitness classes such as FitSteps and Zumba. Toilets are next to the hall.
On arrival at the school, turn left through the main gates and park in the large and well-lit car park ahead of you. You’re best to park as close to the school building as possible.
Approach from either end of Brisbane Road in Mickleover. Look out for the school sign that takes you onto Murray Road and then Earlswood Drive up to the school. To get you close with your SatNav the post code is DE3 9LL.
